Matching by location, specialisation and availability; quotes, scheduling, escrow payments through Stripe Connect and dispute handling.

In-app video calls for remote diagnostics (Agora), SMS and push alerts for urgent jobs, verified ratings and certification checks.

Backend-agnostic architecture: every data source sits behind an interface, with Firebase implementations swappable in the DI container.
