Multi-tenant kindergarten management app for Algeria: one file per child, one timeline per parent.

• Directors enrol children and manage staff, classes, fees and announcements; teachers run the day's care queue and reports; door staff verify pickups; parents follow the day live, or by SMS if they never install the app.
• Guardianship modelled as a permissioned link between guardian and child (separated parents are the norm); staff authorisation is a permission matrix rather than fixed roles.
• Device-bound sessions and a salted, stretched PIN for shared door tablets. Early WIP.
