Vendoo

Marketplace connecting car owners with auto-parts suppliers in Algeria, shipped as three apps on one backend: Vendoo (clients), Vendoo Pro (sellers) and Vendoo Admin (back office).

• Reverse marketplace: the owner posts a request with vehicle details and photos, matching suppliers send offers, and the deal closes in an in-app chat with images and voice notes.
• Contrôle Technique finder: a map of certified inspection centres sorted by distance, with inspection reminders.
• Seller subscriptions with bank-transfer receipts verified by admins; a Windows-native admin console.
• Planned and executed a Firebase to Appwrite re-platform with about 44 serverless functions.
• Landing page built with React and Vite, deployed on Cloudflare Pages.
